Does teeth whitening hurt?
Some people experience mild tooth sensitivity after treatment, but this usually fades within 24 to 48 hours. Joanna will take steps to minimize sensitivity.
Can everyone get teeth whitening?
Not everyone is suitable for teeth whitening. Dental issues such as cavities and gum disease, for example.
Veneers and crowns will only revert back to the colour they were originally.

What should I avoid after whitening?
For the first 24 to 48 hours, it’s best to avoid dark foods and drinks such as coffee, red wine, soy sauce, or berries. Stick to lighter foods to protect your results.
How often can I get my teeth whitened?
Most individuals schedule treatments two to three times annually. Joanna can suggest a personalized schedule that suits your needs.
AFTER CARE WHITE DIET
AFTER CARE WHITE DIET:
After teeth whitening, your enamel is more porous and can easily absorb colours from foods and drinks. For the first 24–48 hours, stick to light-colored foods and drinks like:
• White rice, pasta, bread
• Chicken, turkey, white fish
• Cauliflower, potatoes (no skin)
• Milk, water, coconut water
Avoid: Coffee, tea, red wine, colored sauces, berries, dark sodas, and anything with strong pigments.
Following the white diet ensures your smile stays bright for longer.
